NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for a Future Land Use Plan
Amendment of the above property has been filed with the Department of Planning and
Development. A public hearing will be held by the L. R. Planning Commission in the Board of
Directors Chamber, second floor, City Hall, on October 7, 2010 at 4:40 P.M. This notice is
provided in order to assure that area residents are aware of issues that may affect their
