I just received the cover letter from Robert Brown today and it looks as though there could be an issue with the
land use plan. They are requesting 100% commercial as indicated in the excerpt from their cover letter. (The
plan indicates MOC.)
"With the newly proposed Kroger building and other plan changes, we do not see the opportunity to provide any
significant office use and wish to amend the approved uses to be those listed for C-2, Commercial Districts. "
The only office on the site is a branch bank. They have three other lots to develop. Not sure if they will commit to
office on any of them. How do we proceed?
