It is very important to the City staff and the Planning Commission to have citizen input in the planning decision-making process. LU07-18-02 A Land Use Plan Amendment in the Ellis Mountain Planning District a change from Mixed Office Commercial to Commercial and the Cracker Box Short -form PCD (Z -6933-A), located at 14100 Kanis Road were recommended for denial. If the applicant appeals these recommendations to the Board of Directors you will be notified of the date and time of the public hearing. For additional information, you can contact the Planning staff at 371-4790. Staff responsibilities are as follows: Conditional and Tower Use Permits — Dana Carney Future Land Use Plan Amendments — Walter Malone Rezoning and Zoning Variance — Monte Moore Subdivision and Planned Unit Developments — Donna James Thank you again for your input.
