Dear Mr. Bozynski,
Please consider this my request on behalf of the ownership of the above
mentioned property to terminate all efforts made by Montagne Development as
per their application on December 7, 2006 to change the land use designation of
the subject land from Suburban Office to Low Density Residential.
At the time this application was made, Montagne Development had the property
under contract subject to zoning. The property no longer remains under contract,
but as part of their application, the planning commission voted to change the land
use plan to Low Density Residential as mentioned above.
If there is anything further I need to do to ensure that the land use remains
Suburban Office, please let me know. Otherwise, please use the contact
information on this letterhead to confirm that my request has been honored.
