Dear Donna:
I am forwarding this letter to confirm our agreement to amend our application for Land
Use Plan Amendment. The original application requested to change ±20.45 acres from
the existing MF (Multi -Family) classification to C (Commercial). The amended request
now is to change from the existing MF classification to MOC (Mixed Office &
Commercial).
Please accept this letter as our formal request to change this application. Thank you for
your assistance.
