HomeMy WebLinkAboutletter opposition from Sullivan{��' D E C 0 1 2003 Vince Hustead may, f Little Rock Planning and Development 723 West Markham Street Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 Subject: Proposed Re -zoning Dear Mr. Hustead: There is a proposed re -zone change of 13.5 acres from 0-2 to Planned Commercial Development for Pinnacle Ford. We are property owners adjacent to the subject property; thus the purpose of this letter. We are not in agreement with the proposed change as we are concerned as to the affect it will have on our community. Ours is a group of homes where there're several family types: young families with small children, empty nesters, retired families and single home owners. We are also a very diverse community. The addition of an automobile dealership so close will adversely affect that family and sense of community we currently share. Additionally, our property will abut the proposed business and we are concerned about the noise, possible rise in crime and of course the negative effect it will have on our property value. We respect and appreciate Pinnacle's desire to relocate but respectively request that you consider our concerns and deny the zone change request.
