Minyard, I spoke to Donna and you on the phone last week regarding the green mailings. I want to know if you would be remailing those cards with the corrected dates regarding the meeting planned for May 9th. I also want to know who in our neighborhood was included in the mailing as I would like to inform all in my neighborhood of this issue. Neither mailing mentioned the plan for the four additional buildings proposed. I am concerned that once a rezoning would take place for even one building, it is a much simpler step to build the other office buildings as that proposal would not have to go before the board. Also, please inform me of the procedure to protest this rezoning other than verbally at the meeting. At present, has this land already been purchased by Advantage Publishing? In addition, could this zoning change even take place? It is my understanding that Suburban Office is defined as next to a low density residential area only. I would not consider either Honey Locust Court or Laurel Oaks low density as we are part of the Cedar Ridge Subdivision - a high density residential area. Thank you for your attention to these concerns. Sincerely, Melodi and Tim Franklin MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx 1
