I would like you to know that as a resident of this area south of Kanis Rd. I am opposed
to the property at 18425 Kanis Rd. being rezoned for commercial use. There are already some
locations on this road that have been made commercial and anymore in addition to these will
destroy the character of the area and Kanis Rd. The quaintness and character
that I speak of is why people like it out here. Commercializing more this direction off of Chenal
Parkway will decrease the attractiveness of the residential propery out here. Added to that, any
increase of traffic this direction needs to be sensibly avoided. There is also an address around
17000 Kanis that should not be rezoned, as for the reasons before.
