This letter is to request a deferral for Hyde Park - Short Foran PRD and Land Use Plan
Amendment (File Number Z-6789) until the Janway 20, 2000 planning commission meeting.
This deferral is being requested due to there being an unresolved issue with the Bill of
Assurance. We fully expect to have this matter resolved by the January 20, 2000 meeting.
