If they ever happen, they would be installed as designed and shown on Charles Thompson’s drawings. Thank you. Thank you for talking with me. The only exterior work in this Phase visible from the exterior will be rebuilding 3 parapets as shown on the roof plan and addition of copper caps as shown on 5/S2.1. The moisture penetration has damaged:  Structural wood framing which must be repaired immediately (access by staff has been cut off for safety),  3 of the parapets for which lateral movement requires them to be rebuilt (surrounding public access has been blocked off at ground level),  The interior plaster below in some areas. The caps will slope to drain towards the back of parapet. The only thing visible from the ground will be the vertical drop of the cap, about 4”. This caps are needed to eliminate water penetration thru the stone caps and joints into load bearing masonry below. Made of the same material, this will be a similar detail to the copper gutters (see pic) for the sloped roofs and will have a similar patina in time. When installed, the vertical face of the cap will be much smaller than the gutters and about twice as far from the ground (see front pic of the Church). Thank you for your review. Please let me know if you have any questions.
