Project Description with Conditions listed: Structural Repairs Phase 2A
1) North Tower of Sanctuary
a) Remove and rebuild three parapets on north tower from top down to stable masonry below.
b) Salvage all face brick and stone for reuse.
c) Reinstall stone banding, dental, and stone caps to the original location on tower.
d) Replace any missing or damaged brick with period correct masonry. Repoint mortar joints with
period correct mortar and point style. Use Type N mortar with joint to match existing.
e) Install cap flashing of copper as shown in drawings submitted.
2) Brick and Mortar Repair
a) Replace missing bricks as needed to match existing pattern.
b) Brick will be repointed, with match mortar in composition, color, strength, and joint style where
mortar is missing or cracked.
