How can anyone afford this? The other company (Beach) was $250 for each of the 4 properties plus $25 for each name over 10. We are just replacing the signs in the same locations at 521 Rock, 409 East 6th and 411 East 6th; only 601 would be a brand new sign with a new location. We can drop the 601 sign if that help the price/process. Sorry if I am not understanding the process correctly. As per our conversation yesterday, the charge will be $300.00 min. for the first 10 owners and then $30 per owner after that.- My examiner will just have to take a look and see how many owner’s there are- I have asked him to do that and let me know. This is needed because we are in the process of replacing our detreating signs with new ones with our new logo. The results have to be certified by a licensed abstractor.
