How can anyone afford this? The other company (Beach) was $250 for each of the 4 properties plus $25 for each name over 10. We are just replacing the signs in the same locations at 521 Rock, 409 East 6th and 411 East 6th; only 601 would be a brand new sign with a new location. We can drop the 601 sign if that help the price/process. Sorry if I am not understanding the process correctly. As per our conversation yesterday, the charge will be $300.00 min. for the first 10 owners and then $30 per owner after that.- My examiner will just have to take a look and see how many owner’s there are- I have asked him to do that and let me know.
