After starting the research, it was discovered that the property in question was changed to Suburban Office in the Kanis Road Corridor Study on August 25, 1998 with a vote by the Planning Commission of 6-3-2. As of this memo, Staff is awaiting the Board of Director's approval by ordinance to adopt the Kanis Road Corridor Study which includes this proposed amendment. Since it is pending before the Board now, it is unnecessary to present it to the Planning Commission for a second time. Since no action was taken on this application, we feel that a full refund of the filing fee is in order.
