AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE ELLIS MOUNTAIN DISTRICT
FROM MULTI FAMILY TO SUBURBAN OFFICE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Multi Family at the NE and NW corner of
Kanis Road and Point West be amended to Suburban Office on
the Land Use Plan.
SECTION 2. That the Land Use Plan be changed from Multi
Family to Suburban Office on the attached sketch and be
changed in the Land Use Narrative.
