Located southwest of Highway 300 and Highway 10 intersection, the Land Use Plan is 14 changed from RM,Residential Medium, and SO, Suburban Office,to NC,Neighborhood Commercial, as 15 shown on the attached graphic. 16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 20 ordinance. 21 Section 3. Repealer.
