Here is a DRAFT of the COC for the replacement of the hvac unit. There is a facade easement on the building. Paul
Porter has moved and our interim staff is Catherine Barrier. She will need to sign off on the placement of the unit as
well. I have included her in this email.
When I go to Google Street View, I can see the generator that was approved by all parties on March 2014.
