The front porch will be the same shingles as approved 3Tab black with ice/ water shield installed due to low
slope
The metal roof will only require silicone sealing in small areas ... some screws have backed out and will need
replaced
The back porch TPO will require power wash cleaning with cutting & patching several areas of the TPO
material (fastening screws / nails have backed out)
