1)
Roofing on Front porch
a)
Remove multiple layers of asphalt roofing and/or additional layers of roofing materials on Front
Porch.
b)
Repair decking with boards of same thickness, (plywood, chipboard, or 1x boards for decking.)
c)
Drip edge may be installed. Paint exposed edge to match fascia.
d)
Gutters may be removed and replaced if necessary for roof installation.
e)
No changes will be made to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys.
f)
Reroof with three tab shingles, black color with ice/water shield installed.
2)
Roofing repair on metal roof
a)
Repair where screws have backed out of metal roof with silicone in some areas.
3)
Roofing on Back Porch
a)
Power wash TPO roof.
b)
Cut and replace several areas of TPO roof with same material where fastening screws and
nails have backed out.
4)
Wood Soffit and Fascia Repair
a)
Remove damaged soffit and fascia pieces and replace with wood boards of same dimension,
shape and profile.
b)
Caulk, prime, and paint.
