Yes, I will add it to that one. TPO roofing is what I believe you have. I will leave a copy at the permit desk for the person
or company that will be getting the permits. I will US mail you the originals for your files. Okay? They will be ready for
you to get your permits tomorrow morning.
Thanks.

We do have one flat roof on 411 E 6th which will be repaired with the same type of white rubber roofing as it currently
has. Does that need to be addressed??

Sorry I was out when you emailed. Check the pdf above. I include some language to repair soffits if needed. Sometimes,
the roofers discovers some additional repair to be done, and I prefer to address it at the front end. If this language is
okay, I will print one for each of the properties. You will need these to get a roofing permit upstairs.
Thanks for asking,

The properties listed below all need new roofs due to weather damage:
601 Rock
409 E 6th Street
411 E 6th Street
Two of the properties have black roofs and one (409 E 6th) has a slightly lighter color roof. May we go back with black
shingles on all three properties? We will use the same standard 3 tab shingle.
Do we need any special permissions?
