A sign will just get run over later. It really needs some sort of reinforcement or substrate to make it not a mudhole. I doubt that we would pave it, but it you wanted to dig it out some, put in a gravel/dirt combo and then sod, I bet public works would be okay with that. Do you want me to figure out who to send you to in public works for their input? They may actually need this area to be paved for their turning radius. Can you figure out who it is? 2 Brian From: Sherrie Smith [mailto:ssmith@ddfconsulting.com] Sent: Friday, May 16, 2014 8:57 AM To: Minyard, Brian Subject: DD&F Consulting Group, the 411 East 6th Property Brian, There is an ally between out 409 and 411 East 6th property. Many city and private trucks pass through this ally. They have torn up the grass at that corner and it looks awful with the huge, muddy ruts. Please see the attached photo. Can the City post do not park signs close to the corner or put some sort of barrier near the corner so prevent this. Can we place large rocks there to stop vehicles from driving in the grass. I would welcome your comments. __________________ CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE_____________________ This email and any files or attachments transmitted with it, in which or in part, are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
