RE: Approval to Install New Signage at 411 East Sixth Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202
Dear Sirs:
DD&F Building, LLC is submitting the attached application in order to receive approval to
install new signage for the above referenced property. DD&F Building, LLC is a limited
liability corporation established by the stockholders of DD&F Consulting Group in order to
invest in office properties for the benefit of DD&F Consulting Group. Once the properties are
purchased by DD&F Building, LLC, they are leased to DD&F Consulting Group.
DD&F currently owns three properties located at 409 East Sixth Street (located next to above
reference property), 521 South Rock Street (located across the street and to the northwest of
reference property) and at 601 South Rock Street (located next to property located at 409 East
Sixth Street). All three of these properties are used as office space for the operation of DD&F
Consulting Group.
DD&F has purchased the above referenced property and is in the process of making needed
repairs. DD&F Building, LLC has no plans to make structural alterations other than needed
repairs and maintenance to the property while working within the guidelines of the historical
commission.
