Re: Request to install a ground mounted sign at 601 Rock
Street
Dear Ms. Segers:
This letter is to inform you that your request to install a
32 square foot sign at 601 Rock Street has been denied. The
property in question is in the Little Rock Historical
District . The Sign Ordinance adopted for this district
limits the sign area to 12 square feet in area and cannot be
erected until sixty days prior to the election. The Little
Rock Historical District must issue a certificate of
appropriateness before the sign can be erected.
