E e% e 9t, + - 4 ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (LU18-19-01) IN i,,C0UNri p-`, \\ 4 THE CHENAL PLANNING DISTRICT NORTHEAST OF RAHLING 5 ROAD AND KIRK ROAD INTERSECTION FROM RL, RESIDENTIAL 6 LOW DENSITY, TO 0, OFFICE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES; 7 8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now 9 recommends it for adoption. 10 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 11 OF LITTLE ROCK: 12 Section 1. Located in T2N R14W Sec. 36 in Chenal Planning District northeast of the Rahling Road 13 and Kirk Road intersection between Chenal Village Circle and Rahling Road the Land Use Plan is 14 changed from Residential Low(RL)to Office(0)as shown on the attached graphic. 15 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 16 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 17 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 18 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 19 ordinance. 20 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with 21 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. 22 PASSED: December 18,2018 23 ATTE.
