The proposed change is from Commercial with Special Conditions to Commercial. The
application was filed by Riverside Properties LLC, of . A public hearing will be held by the Little
Rock Planning Commission in the Board of Directors Chamber, second floor, City Hall, on April
7, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that neighborhood associations
