$60.00 fee.
You will need to get a land use plan amendment sign, fill out the application that is found on line and have the
authorization of representation notarized. Your amendment will be to "Remove the Special Condition of
Requiring PZD". You will be on the April 7, 2016 agenda. I need digitals of the plan amendment area in addition to
three copies of the plan. I will need all of this by Friday the 4th
