3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE
4 CHENAL PLANNING DISTRICT (LU10-19-01) FROM RESIDENTIAL
5 HIGH DENSITY TO OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. That Residential High Density shown at the north side of Kanis Road just east of
12 Rahling Road is amended to Office and Commercial as shown on the attached map.
13 Section 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from after its passage and
14 approval.
