Dear 8 ror- Madam.
This letter is to inform you of the upcoming hearing' on April 2, 2049 before the Planning
Commission for the property along Rahling Road aid Pebble Beach Drive. Because you have
expressed interest in the past, the City of Little Rock wanted to make sure that you knew of all
new developments.
The original applications for a rezoning and a land use amendment were approved by the
Planning Commission on October 2, 2008. The applicant has now asked to amend the
applications before the Board of Directors hears the items.
The previously approved Land Use Plan amendment included a large section of Multi Family
along the northern edge of the property. The applicant would now like this to be shown as
Office. This same piece of property was approved for Multi Family zoning, but the applicant
would now like the property to be zoned 0-3 General Office.
The applicant is also proposing to include additional conditions with these rezoning as a result of
neighborhood input. Please see the attached graphics for more detailed information.
