Tony,
As per our conversation we would like to defer consideration of the rezoning and land use plan amendment until
the February 5th, 2009 Planning Commission Meeting. Since this matter was referred back to the Planning
Commission by the Board last month we have been working with residents in the area and are at this point
hopeful we can reach some type of accord. I regret the late notice, but we where not sure of our position until last
Friday.
If we can assist you in your notification of the residents please let us know.
