Tim,
I am not sure how to respond because it is your application. Are you going to ask the Commission to take action
on the request or are you just trying to provide them some information? I guess a better question would be what
do you want to accomplish by leaving it on the agenda? If you are going to ask for a vote then it should stay on
the agenda, but I am wondering if the Commission will have some issues with using the hearing as an opportunity
to just discuss the request and not take any action. I don't know.

I think we probably want to stay on the agenda. We thought it might be a good time to give the
Commission a brief background on what we have been working on. If you don't think this would be a good
