NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On November 9, 2006, at 4:00 p.m. in the Chamber of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Second Floor, City Hall, at 500 West Markham St., pursuant to the Provisions of Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances, the Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following proposals. 1. G-23-368 — Alley Right -of -Way Abandonment — Block 169, Original City of Little Rock; block bounded by W. 12`h, W. 13`h, Center and Louisiana Streets, 2. Z-8123 — 12819 Kanis Road; a rezoning is requested for 1.00 acre of property from "R-2 Single Family District to "0-3" General Office District. 3. Z -3476-A — Best Car Wash Conditional Use Permit; located at 2801 West Markham Street. 4. Z -4457-B — Verizon Wireless Tower Use Permit; located at 14000 Otter Creek Parkway. 5. Z -6014-B — Saddle Creek Church K-4 Pre -School Conditional Use Permit; located at 18020 Cantrell Road. 6. Z -6994-A — Fletcher Park rezoning from "R-3" Single Family and "I-2" Light Industrial to "PR" Park and Recreation; located on the north side of W. 10`h Street, east of Woodrow Street. 7. LU06-19-07 — Land Use Plan Amendment in the Chenal District, either side of Kanis Road from Chenal Parkway to Stewart Road from Single Family, Multifamily, Public Institutional and Neighborhood Commercial to Single Family, Low Density Residential, Multifamily, Suburban Office, Neighborhood Commercial and Commercial. 8. LU06-19-08 — Land Use Plan Amendment in the Chenal District, south of State Highway 10 at State Highway 300 from Single Family, Low Density Residential and Suburban Office to Mixed Office Commercial. The area of affected property is subject to decrease, and the proposed new classifications are subject to a more restricted classification. For properties where a rezoning is requested, the Land Use Plan for such properties will be reviewed by the Planning staff, and the proposed land use modifications could result in a plan amendment for the site or the general area. All interested parties may appear and be heard at said time and place. The application and other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the details with the Zoning and Code Enforcement Administrator.
