Walter I got a request Friday by Fax that they wanted to appeal. LU061907, but he didn't send the
letter in the correct format, and he didn't send the planning Commission application. I emailed
him back late Friday afternoon, with a copy of the appeals procedure, which states what they
need to have on file. I accepted his letter of appeal, but told him I would need the other info for
the file. He said he would get it to me in the next couple of days. Once I get the other info, I will
get copies to you for your files.
Then we can set a date of public hearing.

The 30 days of the appeal time was up this weekend on this item. Mr. Murray called me
Thursday and said he wanted to appeal and I told him to get something in writing to you before
the end of the workday Friday (March 16). If you got it today we should accept it also (I think). I
worked on the supporting paperwork on Friday so let me know if you got the written request. Also
I need a copy of that written request for our files.
