Dear Mr. Murray:
This letter is to confirm our phone conversation of January 2, 2007. The Little Rock
Planning Commission deferred your request to add your property to the Land Use Plan
amendment package in order to hear from you.
This item has been placed on the February -1, 2007 hearing of the Little Rock Planning
Commission. The meeting starts at 4 PM and will be held in the Board Chambers on the
second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham. A full staff report will be posted on the
City Website (littlerock.org) approximately a week prior to the meeting.
You and anyone else are welcome to speak to the Commission at the meeting in
February. The Commission at their December meeting indicated without hearing from
you or the owners, they would not consider the request. Your presence (or the presence
of a representative) will be necessary to advance this request.
