A request for a change from Single Family to Neighborhood Commercial will be on the Planning Commission's Agenda at their December 21, 2006 hearing. This hearing is scheduled to start at 4:00 PM and will be in the Board Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham. The additional requested area will be a separate vote from the Amendment package but will be heard as the same item — Item C on the agenda. The staff report will be posted on the City website, www.littlerock.org, approximately a week prior to the hearing. You and anyone else are welcome to speak to the Commission at the hearing on the 21ST The Planning Commission is expected to vote at this hearing and forward a recommendation on changes to the Board of Directors.
