Dear Mr. Murray:
This letter is to inform you that there has been a problem with the notification for the
February 1, 2007 hearing; therefore, no items will be heard on that date. All the items
originally scheduled for February 1, 2007 will be heard on February 15, 2007. The
Planning Commission meeting will take place at 4 PM in the Board Chambers on the
second floor of City Hall and at that time they will consider your Land Use Plan
amendment request.
