This letter is to confirm that your request to appeal the Little Rock Planning
Commission's denial of your requested Land Use Plan change has been received. All
necessary documents have been sent to the City Clerk's Office to hear your appeal. The
appeal will be scheduled for May 15, 2007. The Board of Directors will set this time at
their meeting of May 1, 2007.
You are welcome to attend the 4:00 PM May 1, 2007 meeting where the agenda will be
set. However at this meeting you would not have the opportunity to speak. The Board of
Directors meeting on May 15, 2007 at 6:00 PM in the Board Chambers at 500 West
Markham on the second floor of City Hall is the hearing. The Mayor will open a public
hearing to receive comments on over turning the Planning Commission's actions of
February 15, 2007. At that time you can make your case of why the Board of Directors
should vote to allow your requested change.
