A package of changes has been development. Attached you should find a copy of sketch maps illustrating the proposed changes. This package has been placed on the Little Rock Planning Commission's November 9, 2006 hearing. The hearing will start at 4 P.M. in the Board Chambers, City Hall 500 West Markham. You are welcome to speak to, the Commission about the package (for or against) at that time. Or if you wish you can send written comments to our offices, which will be distributed to the Commissioners. Please note this would NOT change the zoning of any property. This proposed change would only affect individuals, if they wished to request a zoning reclassification. As part of the review of a requested zoning change, the Land Use Plan designation would be used to help determined whether to recommend approval or denial of the requested change.
