Markham St. Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 RE: Land Use Plan Amendment Mr. Malone, Arkansas Systems would like to amend the land use plan in the area south of Systems Drive, West of Chenal Parkway. Please place this item on the agenda for the June 22, 2006 planning commission meeting. We would like this property to develop with a mix of office and commercial uses. Commercial would be limited to the ground floor of the three storey office building. Other uses would be bank with drive through service.
