That has been changed. The hearing date will be on June 1, 2004. The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, and starts at 6:00. This is a public meeting, and you are encouraged to attend. Other Interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition to the plan change. At the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant amended his zoning application to conform to Staff's recommendations. The package that is being presented to the board is Staff's recommendation for the Land Use Plan that conforms to the approved zoning.
