RE: December 4, 2003 Public Hearing on various use change
Dear Mr. Minyard:
We vehemently oppose the zoning application and land/use plans that
affect the land located by Wellington Dills Road. We oppose the land changes
from LDR to Multi -family. We also oppose opening the collector street so that
Wellington Hills intersects Kirk Road considering the current location and type of
home presently existing on the road.
I will be at the meeting on the 40' but wanted to make clear my opposition
prior to the meeting. Please consider our opposition and would like to discuss this
at the meeting tomorrow. Thank you for your attention to this matte

It is usually posted 7 days prior to the meeting. We are trying to have it up by Wednesday afternoon with the
Thanksgiving holiday. It will have a staff write-up, staff recommendation and graphics.

Last week I received in the mail a notice about a meeting at City Hall to discuss amending the land use
plan around Kirk Road and Wellington Hills. I was hoping that you might provide me with a legend to
assist in understanding the map that was part of the notice. I am familiar with some of the abbreviations
but not all of them.
