AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE CHENAL PLANNING DISTRICT FROM
SINGLE FAMILY, MULTIFAMILY, AND OFFICE TO
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, PARK / OPEN SPACE,
PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL, LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
AND OFFICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Office and Multi -Family on both sides of the extension of Systems Drive
between Kirk Road and the extension of the minor arterial (Wellington Hills / Champlin) be amended
to Neighborhood Commercial.
SECTION 2. That a portion of the Commercial on the east side of Kirk Road north of Chenal
Parkway be amended to Office.
SECTION 3. That Multi-Family'south and east of the extension of the minor arterial
(Wellington Hills / Champlin) less and except that area listed in Section 1 be amended•to Office.
SECTION 4. That Single Family on the northwest corner of Wellington Village Road and
Wellington Hills Road be amended to Park / Open Space.
SECTION 5. That Single Family on the west side of Wellington Village Road and north of
Wellington Hills Derive and south of Wellington Woods Court be amended to Public Institutional.
SECTION 6. That Single Family east of the extension of the minor arterial (Wellington
Hills/Champlin) and north of the proposed extension of the Collector Street (Wellington Village
Road) be amended to Low Density Residential.
SECTION 7. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
passage and approval.
