Dear Mr. Berry,
On October 18, 2001, the Planning Commission heard your request for a Land
Use Plan Amendment, LU01-19-06, at the East side of Chenal Parkway about
570 feet south of Cantrell Road. This action was deferred to the November 29,
2001 Planning Commission meeting by the Planning Commission that evening.

Subdivision
The Planning Commission meets on the second floor of City Hall, at 500 West
Markham Street, and starts at 4:00. This is a public meeting, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other Interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or
in opposition to the plan change. Please be prepared to answer questions if they
arise.
