However, we favor the plan Amendment LU01-19-05. In any event of the construction of either of these roads we are not impressed to Sell any part of our land which backs up to the proposed new road. Perhaps the builders of the Chenal development could enhance the value of their expansion and expedite the Street completion process by constructing the entire new street on their own vast amount of property. This would eliminate the need to acquire property from any of the five west Side Carter Lane residences. At least two of the west Side Carter Lane residenceo are located within just a few feet of their property adjoining the proposed new north South Street west of Carter Lane. It appears that Deltic owns all but one piece of property between Lucky Lane at Taylor Loop and their existing land. Acquiring part of one parcel from an owner that may be willing to well may be easier than negotiating with five unwilling land owners. If the entire road width of the proposed new road iS constructed on Deltic land or Valley Estates land connecting with Lucky Lane should pose no opposition. The Chenal and Valley Eotates property developments would benefit from a completed look and improved accessability. Sincerely, L. Kirk Tompkins
