ORDINANCE NO. 18,E
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
16,851 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED "THE VILLAGE AT,CHENAL -
LONG -FORM PCD" (Z-5936), AND ESTABLISHING
A REVISED PCD TITLED "THE VILLAGE AT
CHENAL, REVISED LONG -FORM PCD", AND
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN LAND AS R-2 SINGLE
FAMILY AND C-2 SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,851 was passed on February
21, 1995; and
WHEREAS, a restructure of the district boundaries is
now required; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the PZD Ordinance
16,851.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 161851 is hereby
repealed as legally described in Section 1 thereof.
SECTION 2. That "The Village at Chenal - Revised
Long -Form PCD" be established as follows:
A tract of land located partly in Section 35 and
partly in Section 36, T -2-N, R -14-W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as: Starting at the center of said Section
36; thence S0100211211W along the East line of the SW ;a
of said Section 36, 1,021.60 feet to a point on the
centerline of Chenal Parkway; thence Southerly along
said centerline being the arc of a 2,864.79 foot
radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and

a point on the West right-of-way line of Chenal

SECTION 2. That the conceptual preliminary site
development plan and plat be approved as recommended by the
Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for "The Village at Chenal - Revised Long -Form
PCD" is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
from the Planning Commission of the City of Little Rock
within three years of the date of passage of this
ordinance.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
