Dear Mr. Minvard:
On Monday, November 8, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. there will be a meeting to discuss the proposed Land
Use Amendment to allow for commercial development of a site currently zoned for office use. This
site is on the northwest corner of Chenal Parkway and Wellington Village Road. The meeting will
be held at Parker Cadillac, 1700 North Shackleford Road in Little Rock.
