Enclosed is an application for a Land Use Amendment for a 4.2 acre tract which is a part of the
Chenal Commercial Park Subdivision. The applicant is requesting a change in the Land Use Plan
to allow for the commercial use of this property. Along with this request for a change in the Land
Use Plan the applicant is submitting to the Department of Planning and Development a PZD
application for the specific use for this proper-ty to allow the Planning Commission to review the
details of the site plan.
