Thank you for your letter of April 23 regarding proposed land use changes in the vicinity of the
Little Rock Port Authority.
The change you have proposed for the lands to the south of the Port is right in line with our long
term development plan developed by Garver Engineers and adopted the our Board of Directors.
We are in full support of this change.
