Dear Eve Jorgensen,
In regards to your correspondence dated May 14, 2010, concerning changing our property from
"Residential Medium Density" to "Mixed Use€Ll-eban". This letter carnes to represent the members of
Macedonia Baptist Church, 1723 E. Third Stroet, Littre Rock; AR -and other property owners in the
neighborhood, including Mr. Larry Sanders andi0r. jQe;"Higgins.
We are excited about thea art �~

that we need to respond to you befo urie 2nd with Qtr opinion concerning the matter and that a no
response would be noted as an aeceppt nana ce of the ordinance. Under the circumstances, we would have
to place our "Na" for the proposal as we are all ungmsy as;to our general knowledge of the matter and
do not think that your time line given is an adequate amount of time to make an informed decision.
Again, we are excited about the progress. As a result, we respectfully request a representative from
your office to contact us so that we may facilitate a meeting to inform this community and answer any
