re: LU10-01, East Little Rock Land Use Plan Amendments
Dear Sir or Madam,
The Pulaski County Assessor's Office lists you as the owner of parcel 24L0040021500 located at
913 CROSBY DR in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Department of Planning and Development has been in the process of reviewing the Land
Use Plan for the area east of Interstate 30, near the Airport and Port areas. The proposed changes
are a result of discussions and review by city staff. Staff is proposing to change your property
from "Res -i o "' I-ndustrial." I am attaching a map with the proposed changes for
your area. I am also including a list of the definitions and abbreviations for our Land Use Plan
categories. It is thought by Staff that these changes will help the Future Land Use Plan best
show the likely future uses for these properties.
A change to the Land Use Plan does not change your zoning or taxes.
Please contact us indicating your opinions on the proposed changes before June 1, 2010. If no
response is given, the planning staff will view this as an acceptance of the change in the Land
Use Plan category. You will get further notification prior to the changes being taken before the
Planning Commission and later to the Board of Directors. Any questions can be directed to Eve
