As I stated in our call, we do not believe that an MF -12 zoning is allowed under a Low Density Residential land use category. I have attached the Planning Commission's own descriptions of the various land use categories and the City ordinance that established these categories. Both documents specify that a LDR land use can have no more than 10 units per acre. Therefore, MF -12 zoning is not appropriate in this category.
