Dear White,
Your application for a Land Use Plan Amendment, LU08-20-02, at the present of
terminus of Valley Ranch Road 10 will be heard before the Planning Commission on
October 2, 2008. The hearing will be held in the Board Room on the second floor of City
Hall at 500 West Markham. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
After review of the facts, Staff believes it is appropriate to go forward with the
application and get a vote by the Little Rock Planning Commission on the request to
change the Plan from Low Density Residential to Multifamily.
Your amendment will be item C on the agenda. We wish to apologize for any
inconvenient this may cause you. If you have any question, please feel free to contact
me, at 371-6819. The Planning Commission does request that someone be present to
represent this application.
